libcapnp-0.5.3 software package provides Cap'n Proto C++ library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcapnp-0.5.3
libcapnp-0.5.3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcapnp-0.5.3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcapnp-0.5.3 *
