libdballe7 software package provides DB-ALL.e C shared library for weather research, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdballe7
libdballe7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdballe7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdballe7 *
You will get with libdballe7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
