gnuhtml2latex software package provides A Perl script that converts html files to latex, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnuhtml2latex
gnuhtml2latex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnuhtml2latex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnuhtml2latex *
You will get with gnuhtml2latex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
