How to uninstall or remove libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per

Uninstall libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per including dependent package

If you would like to remove libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per

Use Purging libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per

If you use with purge options to libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libdatetime-format-rfc3339-per
