libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc software package provides Catalyst log module that uses Log::Dispatch, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc
libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc*
You will get with libcatalyst-plugin-log-dispatc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
