kdevplatform8-libs software package provides shared libraries for the KDevelop platform, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdevplatform8-libs
kdevplatform8-libs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdevplatform8-libs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdevplatform8-libs *
You will get with kdevplatform8-libs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
