How to uninstall or remove alsaplayer-output software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed alsaplayer-output package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove alsaplayer-output

Uninstall alsaplayer-output including dependent package

If you would like to remove alsaplayer-output and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove alsaplayer-output

Use Purging alsaplayer-output

If you use with purge options to alsaplayer-output package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge alsaplayer-output

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove alsaplayer-output
