alsaplayer-output software package provides virtual package provided by alsaplayer-nas, alsaplayer-oss, alsaplayer-jack, alsaplayer-esd, alsaplayer-alsa, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install alsaplayer-output
alsaplayer-output is installed in your system.
Make ensure the alsaplayer-output package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep alsaplayer-output*
You will get with alsaplayer-output package name, version, architecture and description in a table
