libdvbpsi7 software package provides library for MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables decoding and generating, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdvbpsi7
libdvbpsi7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdvbpsi7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdvbpsi7 *
You will get with libdvbpsi7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
