libalog0.4.1-base software package provides Logging framework for Ada (base), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalog0.4.1-base
libalog0.4.1-base is installed in your system.
