grep-dctrl software package provides virtual package provided by dctrl-tools, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install grep-dctrl
grep-dctrl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the grep-dctrl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep grep-dctrl*
You will get with grep-dctrl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
