libghc-djinn-ghc-dev software package provides generate Haskell code from a type (bridge to GHC API), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-djinn-ghc-dev
libghc-djinn-ghc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-djinn-ghc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-djinn-ghc-dev *
You will get with libghc-djinn-ghc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
