You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-data-default-instances- package itself from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-data-default-instances-

Uninstall libghc-data-default-instances- including dependent package

Use Purging libghc-data-default-instances-
