libghc-config-value-dev software package provides simple, layout-based value language similar to YAML/JSON, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-config-value-dev
libghc-config-value-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-config-value-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-config-value-dev *
You will get with libghc-config-value-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
