libghc-charsetdetect-ae-dev software package provides charset detection using Mozilla's Universal Character Set Detector, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-charsetdetect-ae-dev
libghc-charsetdetect-ae-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-charsetdetect-ae-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-charsetdetect-ae-dev *
