libgfortran3-dbg-powerpcspe-cr software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran3-dbg-powerpcspe-cr
libgfortran3-dbg-powerpcspe-cr is installed in your system.
