libgfortran3-dbg-powerpc-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran3-dbg-powerpc-cross
libgfortran3-dbg-powerpc-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgfortran3-dbg-powerpc-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
