libgempc430 software package provides PC/SC driver for the GemPC 430, 432, 435 smart card readers, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgempc430
libgempc430 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgempc430 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgempc430 *
You will get with libgempc430 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
