libfuzzer-3.9-dev software package provides Library for coverage-guided fuzz testing, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfuzzer-3.9-dev
libfuzzer-3.9-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfuzzer-3.9-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfuzzer-3.9-dev *
You will get with libfuzzer-3.9-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
