libflorist2016-dev software package provides POSIX.5 Ada interface to operating system services: development, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflorist2016-dev
libflorist2016-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflorist2016-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflorist2016-dev *
You will get with libflorist2016-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
