libfast5-dev software package provides library for reading Oxford Nanopore Fast5 files -- headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfast5-dev
libfast5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfast5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfast5-dev *
You will get with libfast5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
