libextutils-cchecker-perl software package provides helper module for handling C headers and libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-cchecker-perl
libextutils-cchecker-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-cchecker-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-cchecker-perl *
You will get with libextutils-cchecker-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
