libeurodec1-dev software package provides [Physics] Monte Carlo library for quark / heavy lepton decays, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeurodec1-dev
libeurodec1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeurodec1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeurodec1-dev *
You will get with libeurodec1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
