libepoxy0 software package provides OpenGL function pointer management library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libepoxy0
libepoxy0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libepoxy0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libepoxy0 *
You will get with libepoxy0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
