libemail-outlook-message-perl software package provides module for reading Outlook .msg files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-outlook-message-perl
libemail-outlook-message-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-outlook-message-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-outlook-message-perl *
