libelektra4 software package provides elektra configuration store, main library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelektra4
libelektra4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelektra4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelektra4 *
You will get with libelektra4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
