libechonest2.3 software package provides Qt4 library for communicating with The Echo Nest platform, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libechonest2.3
libechonest2.3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libechonest2.3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libechonest2.3 *
