libecholib-dbg software package provides EchoLib library for SvxLink (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecholib-dbg
libecholib-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecholib-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecholib-dbg *
You will get with libecholib-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
