libe-book-dev software package provides library for reading and converting various e-book formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libe-book-dev
libe-book-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libe-book-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libe-book-dev *
You will get with libe-book-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
