libdmx1 software package provides X11 Distributed Multihead extension library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdmx1
libdmx1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdmx1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdmx1 *
You will get with libdmx1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
