libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke software package provides Dist::Zilla plugin to automatically sets the bugtracker URL and mailto, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke
libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke*
You will get with libdist-zilla-plugin-bugtracke package name, version, architecture and description in a table
