libdcap-dbg software package provides Debug symbols for dcap libraries and plugins, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdcap-dbg
libdcap-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdcap-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdcap-dbg *
You will get with libdcap-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
