libdbusmenu-qt-dev software package provides Qt implementation of the DBusMenu protocol (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbusmenu-qt-dev
libdbusmenu-qt-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbusmenu-qt-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbusmenu-qt-dev *
You will get with libdbusmenu-qt-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
