libdballef5 software package provides DB-ALL.e Fortran shared library for weather research, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdballef5
libdballef5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdballef5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdballef5 *
You will get with libdballef5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
