libdata-flow-perl software package provides Perl extension for simple-minded recipe-controlled build of data, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-flow-perl
libdata-flow-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-flow-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-flow-perl *
You will get with libdata-flow-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
