libcypher-parser8 software package provides Parsing library for the Cypher query language, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcypher-parser8
libcypher-parser8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcypher-parser8 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcypher-parser8 *
You will get with libcypher-parser8 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
