libcutl-1.10 software package provides C++ utility library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcutl-1.10
libcutl-1.10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcutl-1.10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcutl-1.10 *
You will get with libcutl-1.10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
