libcupt4-1 software package provides flexible package manager -- runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupt4-1
libcupt4-1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupt4-1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupt4-1 *
You will get with libcupt4-1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
