libcupsimage2-dev software package provides Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - Development files CUPS image library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupsimage2-dev
libcupsimage2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupsimage2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupsimage2-dev *
You will get with libcupsimage2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
