libct4 software package provides libraries for connecting to MS SQL and Sybase SQL servers, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libct4
libct4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libct4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libct4 *
You will get with libct4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
