libcorkipset-utils software package provides C library to store sets/maps of IP address (utility files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcorkipset-utils
libcorkipset-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcorkipset-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcorkipset-utils *
You will get with libcorkipset-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
