libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl software package provides low-level interface to bzip2 compression library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl
libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl is installed in your system.
