libcodec2-0.4 software package provides Codec2 runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcodec2-0.4
libcodec2-0.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcodec2-0.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcodec2-0.4 *
You will get with libcodec2-0.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
