libcmdliner-ocaml-dev software package provides declarative definition of command line interfaces, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcmdliner-ocaml-dev
libcmdliner-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcmdliner-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcmdliner-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libcmdliner-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
