libcgi-formbuilder-source-yaml software package provides module to initialize FormBuilder applications from YAML files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-formbuilder-source-yaml
libcgi-formbuilder-source-yaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-formbuilder-source-yaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-formbuilder-source-yaml*
