libcgi-application-plugin-link software package provides plugin to make tamper-resisistent links in CGI::Application, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-link
libcgi-application-plugin-link is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-link package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-link*
You will get with libcgi-application-plugin-link package name, version, architecture and description in a table
