libcegui-mk2-dev software package provides Crazy Eddie's GUI (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcegui-mk2-dev
libcegui-mk2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcegui-mk2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcegui-mk2-dev *
You will get with libcegui-mk2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
