libcds-savot-java software package provides Simple Access to VOTable (SAVOT) library for Virtual Observatory, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcds-savot-java
libcds-savot-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcds-savot-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcds-savot-java *
You will get with libcds-savot-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
