libcdd-test software package provides transitional dummy package, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcdd-test
libcdd-test is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcdd-test package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcdd-test *
You will get with libcdd-test package name, version, architecture and description in a table
