libcconv0 software package provides library for CCONV, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcconv0
libcconv0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcconv0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcconv0 *
You will get with libcconv0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
